Claims for defective products or problems with the order
If a product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, the claim must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If the problem is attributed to an error on our part, we will assume the corresponding costs.
If you detect any problems with the order, please send a detailed report.
Return address
The default return address is the one listed on the RAN page. Upon receipt of a returned product, an automatic email notification will be sent.
Unclaimed products will be donated to a charity after 30 days.
If you use a different return address, you will be responsible for managing and covering the costs associated with any returned products.
Incorrect addresses and unclaimed shipments
If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. In these cases:
You will be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming an updated address.
Unclaimed shipments will also be returned, and you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
If you do not have a RAN account registered or a billing method set up, orders returned due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses will be donated to a charity with no refund option.
Products not eligible for returns
We do not accept returns of sealed products, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. These items will be discarded and will not be available for reshipment.
Returns initiated by end customers
We recommend that your customers contact you before returning any product.
Except in Brazil, refunds are not offered for buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges will be at your own expense and discretion.
If you choose to accept returns or size exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the applicable product.
Customers in Brazil
Customers in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
They will need to provide a photo of the item for evaluation. If the product shows signs of use or damage, even partial, a refund cannot be issued.
